Due to the poor thermal conductivity of stone, most of the heat is transferred to the cutter head, which increases the surface temperature of the cutter head, causing graphitization of the diamond, reducing the cutting ability, and at the same time causing thermal fatigue to the cutter head matrix, reducing strength and rigidity, and increasing noise when processing the stone. , The vibration is intensified, the life of the cutter head is reduced, and the cutter head falls off in severe cases, causing damage to the operator, and also affecting the processing quality and processing efficiency.

We use single factor and orthogonal test methods to study the influence of cutter head cutting parameters on its surface temperature, find out the relationship and law of factors affecting surface temperature, and determine reasonable processing parameters, which will help improve the service life of the cutter head and reduce the processing cost. Processing quality.

Mine single blade saw blade

The cutter head is made of iron-based metal powder, with a particle size of 60-80 mesh, and is compacted by sintering molding. The outer diameter of the circular saw is Φ150mm, the inner diameter is 50, and the thickness is 5mm. The processing equipment adopts a numerically controlled milling machine, which realizes automatic feeding in three directions of x-axis, y-axis and 2-axis, and the main shaft cooling method adopts water cooling. Infrared temperature measuring instrument is used to measure the temperature generated on the surface of the tool, and the measuring temperature range is between -50°C and 650°C. Measure directly at room temperature 12°C. Marble and sandstone are used as the stone materials. This experiment mainly studies the effects of spindle rotation, high-speed cutting depth, and feed speed on the surface temperature of the circular saw.
